Activity
With The Very Hungry Caterpillar theme – spend some time planning a healthy meal with your family. What different items of food might you include? Will you have a 3 course meal – with a starter, main and dessert. Here is an image of the Eatwell Plate that might raise discussion about different food types and how much of each we should be having. We’d love to see your meals if you post them on the Padlet or email them to Mrs Gillison or myself.
