Number Monday–

Carrying on from counting in 2s last week, create a set of flashcards counting in 5s. Have a go at ordering them and mixing them up. Have a go at counting back from 100 in 5s, can you count on from a given numbers in 5s, for example what is the next 5 after 65?

Today we will be using Oak Academy to apply our knowledge of number bonds. To begin with there is a short quiz of 3 questions around addition and subtraction.

This week we are carrying on using Oak Academy to assist you in the Home Learning. The lovely Miss Brown from Oak Academy will be guiding you through a range of activities so we can write a text about dinosaurs. Today’s brief phonics session covers ‘oo, ew, u_e’ but you can also use the ‘Letters & Sounds’ online phonics too. During this clip she refers to spellings for the week but we will continue with the spellings that we have sent you. We will share the link for you to use each day to continue with the sequence of lessons.
